Yerson Opaso scored the only goal of the match in the 83rd minute as O'Higgins defeated visiting Deportivo Cali 1-0.
Group Five:
At Montevideo, Uruguay:
Nicolas Olivera scored twice in the second half (69', 86') as Defensor Sporting scored twice in each half en route to a 4-0 home demolition of Real Garcilaso.
Group Seven:
At La Paz, Bolivia:
Juanmi Callejon's equalizer in the 66th minute salvaged a 1-1 home draw for Club Bolivar against Club Leon. Mauro Boselli scored in the second minute for the visiting Mexican squad.
