Copa Libertadores

Group-stage play in the Copa Libertadores continued with four games contested on Wednesday.

Group Two:

At Independencia, Chile:

Juan Carlos Ferreyra's equalizer in the 86th minute lifted Botafogo to a 1-1 road draw with Union Espanola.  Cristian Manuel Chavez scored for the hosts in the 74th minute.



Group Three:

At Asuncion, Paraguay:

Julio Dos Santos scored twice during a five-minute span early in the second half (50', PK-55') as Cerro Porteno held off visiting Lanus 3-1.
