US Open Cup: Cosmos, Silverbacks, Railhawks Help NASL Clubs Go Three For Three Against MLS

Three games were played on Saturday as the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup tournament's fourth round continued.

At Chamblee, Florida:

Kwadwo Poku scored the winning goal in the 90th minute as the NASL's Atlanta Silverbacks came from behind to upend visiting Real Salt Lake 2-1.

At Cary, North Carolina:

After a contest that was deadlocked at 1-1 after 120 minutes, the Carolina Railhawks (NASL) won the penalty kick shootout 3-2 over visiting Chivas USA.

At Hempstead, New York:

Mads Stokkelien scored twice (8', 73') as the New York Cosmos (NASL) dominated the visiting New York Red Bulls 3-0.
