South Korea's Suwon Bluewings defeated the Los Angeles Galaxy on Saturday night to capture the Pan-Pacific championship. The Bluewings took the penalty-kick shootout 4-2 after the two clubs battled to a 1-1 regulation-time draw. Earlier Saturday, Japan's Oita Trinita won the third-place game 2-1 over mainland China's Shandong Luneng.
