MLS: Timbers Rack Up First Victory At Nashville's Expense; Wild Draw Between LAFC And Philly

Two games were contested in Major League Soccer on Sunday.

At Portland, Oregon:

Diego Valeri scored the game's lone goal in the 12th minute as the Portland Timbers defeated visiting Nashville 1-0.

At Los Angeles:

Carlos Vela (38'), Diego Rossi (49'), and Eddie Segura (71') each scored once for the Los Angeles Football Club as the hosts battled back from three one-goal deficits to gain a 3-3 draw with Philadelphia.

Sergio Santos (29'), Jakob Glesnes (48'), and Brenden Aaronson (69') each scored once for the Union.
