Ghana became the first African country to win the FIFA Under-20 World Cup title on Friday as they defeated Brazil in the penalty kick shootout 4-3 to decide the championship match which had gone 0-0 through 120 minutes. Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu converted the winning penalty kick in the shootout.
