Alan Dzagoev scored the only goal of both the match and series in the opening minute of first-half stoppage time on Wednesday as CSKA Moscow defeated visiting Red Star Belgrade 1-0 in game two of their Europa League Round-of-32 series and took out the Serbian club by that same score on aggregate.
