Two games were played on Sunday as Group B play in the OFC Champions League commenced, with both games contested at Stade Pater in Pirae, Tahiti.
In the opener, Barry Mansale (66') and Tony Kaltack (67') each scored a goal a minute apart in the second half as Erakor Golden Star (Vanuatu) blanked Solomon Warriors (Solomon Islands) 2-0.
In the nightcap, Tamatoa Tetauira scored twice (47', 78') as AS Dragon from the host nation demolished New Caledonia's AS Lossi (which played a pretty lousy game) 4-0.
