Olympiacos Volou Red-Carded From Europa League

Olympiacos Volou have been (pending appeal) banished from European competition for the next three years because of their role in a match-fixing scandal.  This means they have been kicked out of the Europa League's playoff round.

Does this mean that Paris Saint-Germain, who Olympiacos Volou were scheduled to play against in their two-match series starting next Thursday, may be heading into the group stage by default?

UPDATE: No.  PSG will take on FC Differdange 03 in the playoff round.  The club from Luxembourg had lost to the now-disqualified Olympiacos Volou in the third qualifying round.  The opening match will take place in Luxembourg next Thusday, with the return match to take place in Paris on August 25.
