The quarterfinal round of the CONCACAF Gold Cup commenced with two games on Saturday, both contested at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.
In the opener, Clint Dempsey produced a hat trick (4', PK-64', 78') as the United States blindsided woefully-shorthanded Cuba (who saw five players leave the team during the course of the tournament) 6-0.
In the nightcap, Giles Barnes scored the only goal of the match in the seventh minute as Jamaica defeated Haiti 1-0.
Team USA will take on the Reggae Boyz in a semifinal match on Wednesday at Atlanta's Georgia Dome at 3:00 PM Pacific Time (Fox Sports 1).
