At Astana, Kazakhstan:
Bauyrzhan Dzholchiev (12'), Roger Canas (43'), and Patrick Twumasi (58') each scored once as FC Astana overcame their 1-0 series-opening road defeat with a 3-1 game-two home win over NK Maribor and knocked out the Slovenian club (who played in last season's Champions League's group stage) 3-2 on aggregate.
At Luxembourg City, Luxembourg:
Marco Pjaca scored twice (29', 40') as Dinamo Zagreb blanked Fola Esch 2-0 on the road in game two and won the series 4-1 on aggregate.
At Bucharest, Romania:
Despite dropping a 3-2 game-two home decision to FK AS Trencin, Steaua Bucharest still took out the Slovakian club 4-3 on aggregate.
At Szekesfehervar, Hungary:
After Matthew Williams scored in the 78th minute to give The New Saints a game two 1-0 road decision that squared the series at 1-1 on aggregate, Adam Gyurcso scored the series winner in overtime (108') as Videoton ousted the Welsh club 2-1 on aggregate and advanced to the third qualifying round.
At Petrovac, Montenegro:
Reynaldo dos Santos Silva scored the only goal of the match and series in the 57th minute as Qarabag took game two and the series on aggregate against Rudar Pljevlja 1-0 on the road.
At Poznan, Poland:
Barry Douglas scored the only goal of the match in the sixth minute as Lech Poznan defeated visiting FK Sarajevo 1-0 in game two and ousted the Bosnian club 3-0 on aggregate.
At Dundalk, Ireland:
A 0-0 game-two road draw with Dundalk FC was good enough for FC BATE Borisov as the Belorussian club won the series 2-1 on aggregate.
At Gardabaer, Iceland:
Nir Bitton (33'), Charlie Mulgrew (49'), Leigh Griffiths (88'), and Stefan Johansen (90'+3) each scored once as Celtic belted Stjarnan 4-0 on the road in game-two and finished off the Icelandic club 6-1.
