MLS: Cyle Larin Keeps Lions Playoff Chances Alive

Two games were contested in Major League Soccer on Friday.

At Orlando, Florida:

Cyle Larin scored twice in the second half (62', 70') as Orlando City came from behind to upend visiting New York City 2-1 and stayed alive for a berth in the MLS Cup Playoffs.

At San Jose, California:

Anibal Godoy scored the only goal of the match in the 47th minute as the San Jose Earthquakes defeated Sporting Kansas City 1-0 at home to stay very much alive in the race for an MLS Cup playoff berth and prevented the guests from locking up a post-season spot.
