At Frisco, Texas:
David Texeira scored twice (51', 90'+3) as FC Dallas locked up a berth in the MLS Cup Playoffs following their 4-1 beat-down of the visiting Houston Dynamo.
At Commerce City, Colorado:
Luke Mulholland scored the winning goal in the 43rd minute as Real Salt Lake kept their flagging playoff hopes alive with a 2-1 road win over the Colorado Rapids, who, despite winning the Rocky Mountain Cup due to goal differential, were still eliminated from playoff contention.
At Seattle:
Chad Barrett's equalizer in the third minute of second-half stoppage time enabled the Seattle Sounders to gain a 1-1 home draw with the Los Angeles Galaxy, who, nevertheless, nailed down a berth in the MLS Cup Playoffs. Robbie Keane scored for the guests in the 36th minute.
