UEFA Cup Group Stage, Matchday # 4, Continued

Here is a rundown of Thursday's UEFA Cup group stage action:

GROUP E:

At Nancy, France:

AS Nancy Lorraine locked up a berth in the round of 32 with a 3-0 whitewashing of visiting Feyenoord Rotterdam. Three different players scored a goal each for ASNL (Sebastien Puygrenier [22'], Kim [42'], Monsef Zerka [PK-66']).

At Krakow, Poland:

Pawel Brozek's double (11', 83') powered Wisla Krakow to a 3-1 home win over FC Basel, keeping their advancement chances alive while eliminating the Swiss club from contention.


GROUP F:

At Amsterdam:

Guests Paris Saint Germain and FK Mlada Boleslav battled to a 0-0 deadlock.

At Athens, Greece:

Panathinaikos advanced to the round of 32 by playing visiting Rapid Bucharest to a 0-0 home stalemate.

GROUP H:

At Vigo, Spain:

Fabian Canobbio notched the lone tally (77') as Celta Vigo downed visiting Fenerbahce 1-0.

At Frankfurt, Germany:

Visiting Newcastle United secured a place in the round of 32 by holding Eintrach Frankfurt to a 0-0 draw.
