AFC Champions League: So Much For An All-Saudi Final

At Seongnam, South Korea:





Cho Dong-Geon scored the only goal of the match at 30 minutes as Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma defeated visiting Al-Shabab 1-0 in game two of their two-game series. With the aggregate score at 4-4, the South Korean club won the series due to the away goals rule.

At Riyadh, Saudi Arabia:

Igor scored the only goal of the match at 55 minutes as Zob Ahan Isfahan FC defeated Al-Hilal 1-0 on the road in game two and took their two-match series 2-0 on aggregate.


South Korea's Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma will battle Zob Ahan FC from Iran at National Stadium in Tokyo on Saturday, November 13, in the one-match final for the Asian continental club championship and the right to represent Asia in December's FIFA Club World Cup which is scheduled to take place in the United Arab Emirates.
