Ed Harris scored the only goal of the match at 71 minutes as AFC Wimbledon defeated Basingstoke Town (who play in the Conference South, at the sixth level of English soccer) in the fourth round of qualifying for the 2010-11 FA Cup this past Saturday. It is at this stage that teams from the Blue Square Premier (Conference National) enter the world's oldest domestic cup competition.
The Dons will take on another Conference South club, Ebbsfleet United in the first round proper, to be played the weekend of November 6-7.
