UEFA Champions League, Group A: Gunners And PSG Battle To 2-2 Draw In London; Goose Eggs For Ludogorets And Basel

Eight games were contested in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday, with two of them taking place in Group A.

At London:

In a battle of the group's two Round-of-16-bound clubs, Edinson Cavani (18') and Alex Iwobi (OG-78') propelled Paris Saint-Germain to a 2-2 road deadlock with Arsenal.  Olivier Giroud (PK-45'+1) and Marco Veratti (OG-60') each scored once for the Gunners. At Sofia, Bulgaria:

Ludogorets Razgrad battled visiting FC Basel to a 0-0 stalemate.  That's Basel's Seydou Doumbia (right) battling Ludogorets' Cosmin Moti for the ball.

NOTES:  Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain each scored three goals in the course of the two games between the clubs with PSG gaining the away goals advantage (2-1); Ludogorets Razgrad and FC Basel scored once apices during the course of the two game contested between the clubs with the Bulgarian club having the away goals advantage (1-0).
