Thursday marked the conclusion of the preliminary round of the CONCACAF Champions League.

At La Chorrera, Panama:

Arabe Unido, thanks to Victor Mendieta's goal at 28 minutes, took game two of their two-match set at home against CD Olimpia 1-0 and took the series (2-2 on aggregate) due to the away goals rule.

At Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago:

San Juan Jabloteh wiped out the 2-0 road setback from last week as they defeated San Francisco FC 3-0 at home in game two and won the series 3-2 on aggregate. Marvin Oliver scored twice (61', 76') for the victorious Trinidian club.

At San Pedro Sula, Honduras:

Talk about wiping out a three-goal deficit after the opening match, Carlos Pavon's hat trick (18', 73', 80') powered Real Espana to a 6-0 home demolition of Liberia Mia in game two and defeated the Costa Rican club 6-3 on aggregate.
