Red Bulls End Winless Streak; Kheli Dube Hat Trick Powers Revs; Fire Overcome 2-0 Home Deficit To Top Rapids; Sounders and Dynamo Draw In Houston

Four games in Major League Soccer were contested on Sunday.

At East Rutherford, New Jersey:

A Dane Richards goal (27') sandwiched between Juan Pablo Angel's double (4', 88') lifted the New York Red Bulls to a 3-2 home win over FC Dallas, ending the Red Bulls' 6-game losing and 13-match winless streaks. It marked the successful start to Richie Williams' second stint as New York's interim head coach.

At Foxborough, Massachusetts:

Kheli Dube's hat trick (9', 29', 67') guided the New England Revolution to a 3-1 home win over Real Salt Lake.

At Bridgeview, Illinois:

The Chicago Fire
, with goals courtesy of Cuauhtemoc Blanco (PK-72'), Mike Banner (85'), and Desan Robinson (90'), overcame a two-goal deficit to defeat the visiting Colorado Rapids 3-2.

At Houston:

Nate Jaqua's equalizer at 70 minutes enabled Seattle Sounders FC to gain a 1-1 road draw with the Houston Dynamo. Geoff Cameron registered the lone Houston goal at 36 minutes.
