UCL Group H: Braga Throw Monkey Wrench Into Gunners' Knockout Stage Plans; Shakhtar Move To Top Of Group

Two games from Group H were played Tuesday in the UEFA Champions League.

At Braga, Portugal:

Matheus tormented Arsenal's defence with two goals on the break

Two late goals from Matheus (83', 90'+3, that's him celebrating) propelled Sporting Braga to a 2-0 home win over Arsenal, preventing the Gunners from locking up a berth in the knockout stage while keeping their own hopes of advancing to the Sweet Sixteen alive.

At Belgrade, Serbia:

Shakhtar Donetsk's players celebrate Taras Stepanenko 's goal

After a scoreless first half, Shakhtar Donetsk found themselves on the cusp of advancing to the knockout stage as they scored three second half goals---courtesy of Taras Stepanenko (52', that's him as he's getting mobbed by happy teammates), Jadson (59'), and Eduardo (68')---as they throttled already-elimated Partizan Belgrade 3-0 on the road.
