John Russell (81') and John Dillon (90'+2) provided the scoring touch that enabled Sligo Rovers to come from behind and knock off Shamrock Rovers 2-1 on Friday, knocking the hosts out of the League of Ireland's Premier Division lead (taken over by Derry City following their home win over UCD). Sligo find themselves in third place, three points behind the league-leading Candystripes and two points in back of Shamrock.
