Goals from Obafemi Martins (3') and Lamar Neagle (38') carried the Seattle Sounders to a 2-0 home win over Real Salt Lake in the lone Friday Major League Soccer contest. The victory lifted the Sounders past RSL into first place in both the Western Conference and the race for the Supporters Shield.
