MLS: Saturday Wins For RSL, Reds; Dynamo and Impact Score Late To Gain Road Draws With Revs and Fire, Respectively

Four games were played in Major League Soccer on Saturday.

At Toronto:

Goals from Darel Russell (25'), Bright Dike (67'), Conor Shanosky (OG-71'), and Alvaro Rey (87') enabled Toronto FC to overcome an early deficit and dominate visiting DC United 4-1, ending an eight-match winless streak.  DC United used a younger lineup of players, saving their more experienced players for Tuesday's US Open Cup final against Real Salt Lake on the road.

At Vancouver, British Columbia:

Devon Sandoval scored the only goal of the match in the ninth minute as Real Salt Lake defeated the Vancouver Whitecaps 1-0 on the road as the visitors get ready for Tuesday's US Open Cup final at home against DC United.

At Foxborough, Massachusetts:

Will Bruin's equalizer in the 76th minute lifted the Houston Dynamo to a 1-1 road draw with the New England Revolution.  Saer Sene delivered a goal for the Revs in the 64th minute.

At Bridgeview, Illinois:

Marco Di Vaio (25') and Maxim Tissot (87') each provided a goal as the Montreal Impact gained a 1-1 road draw with the Chicago Fire, both of whose goals came courtesy of Mike Magee (57', 73').
