At Columbus, Ohio:
Keegan Rosenberry scored the game winner in the 74th minute as the Philadelphia Union downed the Columbus Crew 2-1 on the road.
At Montreal:
Hassoun Camara's equalizer in the 77th minute enabled the Montreal Impact to salvage a 1-1 home draw with DC United. Lamar Neagle successfully converted a penalty kick for the guests' goal in the 39th minute.
At Bridgeview, Illinois:
Gyasi Zardes (31') and Giovani dos Santos (69') each scored a goal as the Los Angeles Galaxy gained a 2-2 road draw with the Chicago Fire. Arturo Alvarez (34') and David Accam (PK-39') each scored once for the hosts.
At Houston:
Nicolas Lodeiro's stoppage-time equalizer (90'+4) lifted the Seattle Sounders to a 1-1 road draw with the Houston Dynamo, whose goal came in the 75th minute courtesy of Andrew (Don't Call Me Arsene) Wenger.
At San Jose, California:
The New England Revolution battled the hosts San Jose Earthquakes to a 0-0 stalemate.
