UEFA Champions League, Group E: Bayern, Ajax Advance To Knockout Stage; Round of 32 for Benfica

Eight games were the UEFA Champions League group-stage schedule for Tuesday, two of them in Group E.

At Athens:

Dusan Tadic scored twice (PK-68', 72') as Ajax Amsterdam blanked AEK 2-0 on the road to advance to the knockout stage.

At Munich, Germany:

Arjen Robben (13', 30') and Robert Lewandowski (36', 51') each scored once as Bayern Munich locked up a berth in the knockout stage by demolishing visiting Benfica 5-1.  The aforementioned Mr. Lewandowski (left) and Mr. Robben celebrate rugged Robert's second tally.
