LEAGUE A:
Group One:
At Gelsenkirchen, Germany:
Quincy Promes (85') and Virgil Van Dijk (90'+1) each scored a goal in the final minutes as the Netherlands erased a two-goal deficit to gain a 2-2 road draw with Germany and won a berth in next June's Nations League Finals.
Timo Werner (9') and Leroy Sane (20') each scored a goal for the hosts, who were already relegated to League B for the 2020-21 tournament.

Patrik Schick scored the only goal of the match in the 32nd minute as the Czech Republic defeated visiting Slovakia 1-0 and condemned the guests to relegation to League C.

2. Czech Republic (GP: 4; GD: 0; PTS: 6)
3. Slovakia (GP: 4; GD: 0; PTS: 3)
Ukraine won promotion to League A while Slovakia were relegated to League C for the 2020-21 tournament.
Group Four:
Denmark, already having clinched promotion to League A, and the visiting (and already-relegated to League C) Republic of Ireland battled to a 0-0 stalemate.
LEAGUE C:
Group Three:
At Sofia, Bulgria:
Miha Zajc's equalizer in the 75th minute lifted Slovenia to a 1-1 road draw with Bulgaria, helping ending the hosts' dreams of promotion to League B.
Galin Ivanov scored for the hosts in the 68th minute.
At Nicosia, Cyprus:
Ola Kamara (of the Los Angeles Galaxy) scored twice (36', 48') as Norway blanked Cyprus 2-0 on the road and won promotion to League B.
Final Group Three Standings:
1. Norway (GP: 6; GD: +5; PTS: 13)
2. Bulgaria (GP: 6; GD: +2; PTS: 11)
3. Cyprus (GP: 6; GD: -4; PTS: 5)
4. Slovenia (GP: 6; GD: -3; PTS: 3)
Norway won promotion to League B while Cyprus, who finished third, depending on results on Tuesday, may or may not be relegated to League D, which was what happened to Slovenia.
LEAGUE D:
Group One:
At Andorra la Vella, Andorra:
Andorra and visiting Latvia battled to a 0-0 deadlock.
At Tbilisi, Georgia:
Giorgi Chakvetadze scored the game winner in the 84th minute as Georgia, who had already secured promotion to League C, defeated visiting Kazakhstan 2-1.

2. Kazakhstan (GP: 6; GD: +1; PTS: 6)
3. Latvia (GP: 6; GD: -4; PTS: 4)

Group Four:
At Skopje, Macedonia:
Ilija Nestorovski scored twice (67', 80') as Macedonia, heading for promotion to League C, demolished visiting Gibraltar 4-0.
At Vaduz, Liechtenstein:
Sargis Adamyan (9') and Aleksandre Karapetian (85') each scored once to lift Armenia to a 2-2 road draw with Liechtenstein.
Marcel Buchel (44') and Nicolas Hasler (47') delivered the goals for the hosts.
Final Group Four Standings:
1. Macedonia (GP: 6; GD: +9; PTS: 15)
2. Armenia (GP: 6; GD: +6; PTS: 10)
3. Gibraltar (GP: 6; GD: -10; PTS: 6)

Macedonia won promotion to League C.
