Two games on Tuesday marked the conclusion of Group C play in the UEFA Champions League.
At Liverpool, England:
Mohamed Salah scored the only goal of the match in the 34th minute as Liverpool defeated visiting Napoli 1-0 and ousted the Italian club from the tournament while clinching a berth in the knockout stage in the process.

At Belgrade, Serbia:
Neymar scored the winning goal in the 40th minute as Paris Saint-Germain locked up top spot in Group C after dominating Red Star Belgrade 4-1 on the road.

Final Group C Standings:
1. Paris Saint-Germain (GP: 6; GD: +8; PTS: 11)
2. Liverpool (GP: 6; GD: +2; PTS: 9)
3. Napoli (GP: 6; GD: +2; PTS: 9)
4. Red Star Belgrade (GP: 6; GD: -12; PTS: 4)
Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool (the latter because they scored more total group-stage goals than Napoli by a 9-7 margin) advanced to the Champions League's knockout stage.
Napoli will play in the knockout stage of the Europa League.
