MLS: DC, Reds, Loons, Sounders, Galaxy Gather Sunday Wins

Five games were played in Major League Soccer on Sunday.

At Portland, Oregon:

Bill Tuiloma's own goal at 25 minutes proved costly as DC United upended the Portland Timbers 1-0 on the road.

At Toronto:

Jonathan Osorio scored the winning goal at 70 minutes as Toronto FC held off the visiting Colorado Rapids 3-2.

At St. Paul, Minnesota:

Darwin Quintero scored twice (20', 51') as Minnesota United held off visiting Real Salt Lake for a critical 3-1 victory.

At Seattle:

Nico Lodeiro scored twice (23', 90'+4) as the Seattle Sounders doubled up the visiting New York Red Bulls 4-2.

At Carson, California:

Zlatan Ibrahimovic delivered a hat trick (32', 51', 85') while Sebastian Lletget added a double (77', 79') as the Los Angeles Galaxy scored seven unanswered goals en route to a 7-2 home frontier-style fist beating of Sporting Kansas City.
