UCL Group C: Galacticos Knock Zurich Out Of European Competition; Marseille And Rossoneri Draw In Milan

Group C action in the UEFA Champions League resumed on Wednesday.

At Madrid:

Real Madrid moved to the top of Group C with a 1-0 home win over FC Zurich, thanks to Gonzalo Higuain 21st-minute goal (he's seen here celebrating). The loss eliminated the Swiss champions from European competition.

At Milan, Italy:

Lucho Gonzalez' equalizer at 16 minutes canceled out Marco Borriello's goal at 10 minutes (he's seen here celebrating), enabling Marseille to stay in contention for a Champions League knockout stage berth with a 1-1 road draw with AC Milan.
