MLS: Loons Blank SKC At Home; Citizens Too Much For ATL United

Two games were on the Major League Soccer Sunday schedule.

At Minneapolis:

Abu Danladi (22') and Christian Ramirez (39') each scored a goal while Bobby Shuttleworth made seven saves for the shutout as Minnesota United blanked visiting Sporting Kansas City 2-0.

At New York:

David Villa (17'), Rodney Wallace (60'), and Maxi Morales (61') each scored a goal as New York City defeated visiting Atlanta United 3-1.
