UEFA Champions League Group A: Own Goal Keeps Napoli In Second; Late Goal Gains Home Win For Citizens

Group stage play in the UEFA Champions League resumed with eight games played on Tuesday, two of them in Group A.


At Naples, Italy:


Napoli take great pleasure in Holger Badstuber's own goal


An own goal in the 39th minute from Holger Badstuber (celebrated by Napoli players including Christian Maggio at right) lifted Napoli to a 1-1 home draw with Bayern Munich.  Toni Kroos scored at two minutes for the visiting German club.

At Manchester, England:


Sergio Aguero celebrates his dramatic late winner against Villarreal


Sergio Aguero's stoppage time game winner (90'+3, yep, folks, that's him celebrating) enabled Manchester City to come from behind and nip visiting Villarreal 2-1.
