The playoff round for UEFA Champions League group-stage berths continued on Tuesday with five games.

At Ramat Gan, Israel:

A late goal from Alyaksandr Pavlov (90'+4) enabled FC BATE Borisov to gain a game-two 1-1 road draw with Ironi Kiryat Shmona, enabling the Belorussian club to win their two-match series 3-1 on aggregate.

At Brussels, Belgium:

Dieumerci Mbokani (81') and Oleksandr Yakovenko (89') provided the scoring in the waning minutes as RSC Anderlecht overturned their 2-1 road defeat of last Wednesday with a 2-0 game-two home win over AEL Limassol and won their two-match series 3-2 on aggregate.

At Maribor, Slovenia:

Tonel scored the only goal of the match in the 12th minute as Dinamo Zagreb downed NK Maribor 1-0 on the road in match two and won their two-game series 3-1 on aggregate, assuring the Croatian club of their second successive group-stage appearance.

At Udine, Italy:

After Ruben Micael equalized in the 72nd minute of regulation time of game two, deadlocking the game at 1-1 and the two-match series at 2-2 on aggregate (followed by thirty scoreless overtime minutes), he converted the winning spot kick as Sporting Braga took the penalty-kick shootout 5-4 over Udinese on the road to advance to the group stage.

At Athens:

A 0-0 deadlock on the road in game two was good enough for Malaga as the Spanish club advanced to the Champions League's group stage for the first time ever after closing out Panathinaikos 2-0 on aggregate.
