The UEFA Champions League's playoff round concluded on Wednesday with five games as the field for the group stage is filled.
At Cluj-Napoca, Romania:
Pantelis Kapetanos scored the only goal of the match in the 20th minute as CFR Cluj defeated visiting FC Basel 1-0 in game two and won their two-match series 3-1 on aggregate.
At Glasgow, Scotland:
Gary Hooper (30') and Victor Wanyama (88') provided the goalpower as Celtic defeated visiting Helsingborg 2-0 for a second straight time and took out the Swedish club 4-0 on aggregate.
At Istanbul, Turkey:
Ari scored in the sixth minute as Spartak Moscow gained a 1-1 game-two road draw with Fenerbahce and won their series 3-2 on aggregate.
At Kiev, Ukraine:
Ideye Brown scored the series-clinching goal in the 88th minute as Dynamo Kiev, despite dropping a 2-1 game-two home decision, took out Borussia Monchengladbach 4-3 on aggregate.
At Villeneuve-d'Ascq, France:
Lucas Digne's goal in the 43rd minute enabled LOSC Lille Metropole to shut out visiting FC Copenhagen 1-0 in regulation of game two, then, Tulio De Melo scored the series-winning overtime goal in the 105th minute, enabling the Mastiffs to take the series 2-1 on aggregate and advance.
The 32 clubs who will take part in the Champions League's group stage will participate in Thursday's draw in Monaco.
The ten clubs who were eliminated in the past two days will take part in Friday's draw for the Europa League's group stage, also in Monaco.
