At Cologne, Germany:
Timo Werner (28'), Kai Havertz (55'), and Serge Gnabry (60') each scored a goal for Germany as the hosts battled visiting Switzerland to a 3-3 draw.
Mario Gavranovic scored twice (5', 57') and Remo Freuler once (26') for the Red Crosses.
At Kiev, Ukraine:
Viktor Tsyhankov scored the only goal of the match in the 76th minute as Ukraine knocked off visiting Spain 1-0.

Danel Sinani scored the winning goal in the 86th minute as Luxembourg upended Montenegro 2-1 on the road.

At Torshavn, Faroe Islands:
Klaemint Olsen scored twice (9', 33') as the Faroe Islands all assured promotion to League C after their 2-0 victory over Andorra.
