In the lone Sunday Major League Soccer contest, Chad Barrett scored the lone goal in the 53rd minute as the Los Angeles Galaxy defeated Chivas USA 1-0 to complete an unbeaten home league schedule.  The Galaxy, who already assured themselves of winning the Supporters Shield for the best overall record in MLS, locked up the SuperClassico trophy in their rivalry series with a 2-0 aggregate score against the Goats.
