Copa Libertadores

Copa Libertadores group-stage play resumed on Tuesday with four games.

GROUP A:
At Montevideo, Uruguay:

Diego Churin scored the only goal of the match in the 90th minute as Cerro Porteno knocked off Defensor Sporting 1-0 on the road to lock up a berth in the knockout stage.

At Maturin, Venezuela:

Jailson Siqueira's successfully-converted penalty kick in the sixth minute of second-half stoppage time produced the winning goal as Gremio defeated Monagas 2-1 on the road to lay claim to a knockout-stage berth.

Luis Chicaiza scored the game's lone goal in the 19th minute as Delfin defeated visiting Atletico Nacional 1-0.

At Santiago, Chile:

Esteban Paredes scored twice (30', 37') as Colo-Colo blanked Club Bolivar 2-0 at home.
