MLS: Impact, Red Bulls, Loons, Five Stripes, Dynamo, SKC, Timbers Gather Victories On Busy Cinco de Mayo

Nine games were contested in Major League Soccer on Saturday.

At Montreal:

Anthony Jackson-Hamel scored twice (45'+2, 52') as the Montreal Impact knocked off the visiting New England Revolution 4-2.

At Harrison, New Jersey:

Kaku Gamarra (2'), Florian Valot (4'), Bradley Wright-Phillips (35'), and Derrick Etienne, Jr. (79') each scored once as the New York Red Bulls scored three times in the first half en route to a 4-0 Big Apple Derby home demolition of New York City.

At Minneapolis:

Miguel Ibarra scored the only goal of the match in the 60th minute as Minnesota United defeated the visiting Vancouver Whitecaps 1-0.

At Los Angeles:

Maximiliano Urruti's equalizer in the 55th minute lifted FC Dallas to a 1-1 road draw with the Los Angeles Football Club.

Steven Baeitashour scored for the hosts in the ninth minute.

At Seattle, Washington:

The Seattle Sounders battled the visiting Columbus Crew to a 0-0 stalemate.

At Bridgeview, Illinois:

Ezequiel Barco (53') and Josef Martinez (57') each scored once as Atlanta United held off the Chicago Fire 2-1 on the road.

At Houston:

Memo Rodriguez scored the winning goal in the 90th minute as the Houston Dynamo defeated the visiting Los Angeles Galaxy 3-2 on the road.

At Kansas City, Kansas:

Daniel Salloi scored the only goal of the match in the 16th minute as Sporting Kansas City defeated the visiting Colorado Rapids 1-0.

At San Jose, California:

Diego Valeri's goal off of a free kick in the 88th minute proved to be the game winner as the Portland Timbers knocked off the San Jose Earthquakes 1-0 on the road.
