In the lone Friday Major League Soccer contest, the Los Angeles Galaxy and visiting San Jose Earthquakes battled to a 2-2 draw. Chris Wondolowski (18') and Matias Perez Garcia (31') each scored a goal for the Quakes while the Galaxy answered each of these goals by tallies delivered by Gyasi Zardes (28') and Omar Gonzalez (49').
