MLS: Red Bulls, Revs, SKC, Galaxy, Timbers Grab Saturday Wins

Five games were on the Major League Soccer Saturday agenda.

At Harrison, New Jersey:

Bradley Wright-Phillips (27'), Anthony Wallace (65'), and Gonzalo Veron (90'+3) each scored a goal as the New York Red Bulls dominated Toronto FC 3-0 at home.

At Foxborough, Massachusetts:

In a match that took nearly five hours to complete due to two hours of suspended play due to weather issues, Jose Goncalves (69') and Juan Agudelo (87') delivered the scoring that carried the New England Revolution to a 2-0 home win over the Houston Dynamo.

At Kansas City, Kansas:

Paulo Nagamura scored twice (87', 90'+1) and Dom Dwyer once (81') in the final ten minutes as Sporting Kansas City came back from two goals down and shocked the visiting Vancouver Whitecaps 4-3.

At Frisco, Texas:

Robbie Keane scored twice (51', 56') as the Los Angeles Galaxy seized top spot in the Western Conference standings following their 3-1 road victory over FC Dallas.

At Sandy, Utah:

Nat Borchers haunted his former team as he scored the game winner in the fifth minute of second-head stoppage time with his noggin as the Portland Timbers knocked off Real Salt Lake 1-0 on the road.
