Copa Libertadores

Four games were contested on Wednesday in the Copa Libertadores' group stage.

GROUP ONE:

At Sao Paulo, Brazil:

Matias Alonso scored the only goal of the match in the 62nd minute as The Strongest knocked off hosts Sao Paulo 1-0.



GROUP FIVE:

At Areauipa, Peru:

Patric Cabral Lalau scored the winning goal in the 38th minute as Atletico Mineiro came from behind to upend FBC Melgar 2-1 on the road.



GROUP SIX:

At Toluca, Mexico:

Enrique Triverio scored both goals (46', PK-76') in Toluca's 2-0 home win over Brazil Gremio.



GROUP EIGHT:

At El Salvador, Chile:

Miguel Escalona's own goal in the 90th minute proved costly and decisive as Corinthians defeated Cobresal 1-0 on the road.

2. Cerro Porteno (GP: 1; GD: 0; PTS: 1)
3. Independiente Santa Fe (GP: 1; GD: 0; PTS: 1)

NOTE:  Cerro Porteno and hosts Independiente Santa Fe drew 0-0 on February 16.
