The Richmond Kickers defeated the Charlotte Eagles 3-1 on Saturday to win the championship of the United Soccer Leagues' Second Division. Steward Ceus (63') and John DiRaimondo (83') provided the goalpower for the Kickers, who won their second USL-2 title in four years.
