Fredy And Roger Pace Sounders To US Open Cup Triumph

Major League Soccer expansion club Seattle Sounders FC, on goals courtesy of Fredy Montero (67') and Roger Levesque (86'), held off--and detroned--hosts and defending champions DC United 2-1 to win the US Open Cup championship Wednesday night. The Sounders have assured themselves of at least playing in the qualifying round for the 2010-11 CONCACAF Champions League.
