Group F play in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League commenced on Wednesday.

FC Barcelona began their defense of their European club championship by battling hosts Inter Milan to a 0-0 deadlock. Here, we see Inter's Lucio bracing to tackle Barca forward Lionel Messi.

At Kiev, Ukraine:
