Copa Libertadores

Group-stage play in the Copa Libertadores resumed with six games on Tuesday.

GROUP C:

At Asuncion, Paraguay:

Nicolas Orellana's equalizer in the 28th minute lifted Universidad Concepcion to a 1-1 road draw with Club Olimpia.

Tabare Viudez scored for the Paraguayan club in the 16th minute.

At Lima, Peru:

Tomas Cardona's equalizer in the 14th minute lifted Godoy Cruz to a 1-1 road deadlock with Sporting Cristal.

Emanuel Herrera scored for the Peruvian club in the second minute.

Group C Standings:

1. Universidad de Concepcion (GP: 2; GD: +1; PTS: 4)
2. Godoy Cruz (GP: 2; GD: 0; PTS: 2)
3. Club Olimpia (GP: 2; GD: 0; PTS: 2)
4. Sporting Cristal (GP: 2; GD: -1; PTS: 1)

NOTE:  Godoy Cruz have scored more total road goals than Club Olimpia (1-0).



GROUP E:

At Montevideo, Uruguay:

Gonzalo Bergessio scored the game's lone goal at 71 minutes as Club Nacional defeated visiting Atletico Mineiro 1-0.



GROUP F:

At Sao Paulo, Brazil:

Felipe Melo (25'), Ricardo Goulart (54'), and Deyverson (71') each scored once as Palmeiras dominated visiting FBC Melgar 3-0.



GROUP G:

At Buenos Aires:

Marcos Perez (OG-48'), Dario Benedetto (56'), and Mauro Zarate (60') each scored a goal during a 12-minute stretch of the second half as Boca Juniors put away visiting Deportes Tolima 3-0.


GROUP H:

At Porto Alegre, Brazil:

Antonio Bareiro's goal (45'+2) provided all the scoring as Club Libertad knocked off Gremio 1-0 on the road.
