Group-stage play in the Copa Libertadores continued on Wednesday with seven games.

GROUP A:

At Santiago, Chile:

Rafael Sobis scored the winning goal in the 83rd minute as Internacional knocked off Palestino 1-0 on the road.

At Lima, Peru:

Cristian Ferreira's stoppage-time (90'+5) equalizer lifted River Plate to a 1-1 road draw with Alianza Lima.

Jose Manzaneda scored for the Peruvian club in the 30th minute.

Diego Churin's goal in the 78th minute carried Cerro Porteno past Atletico Mineiro 1-0 on the road.

At Barinas, Venezuela:

Gonzalo Bergessio provided the difference as his goal in the 24th minute listed Uruguay's Club Nacional to a 1-0 road win over Zamora FC.
