Kekuta Manneh delivered a natural hat trick (12', 41', 54') as the Vancouver Whitecaps dominated the Seattle Sounders 4-1 on the road in a Cascadia Cup clash, preventing the Sounders from both clinching a playoff berth and the Cascadia Cup crown while keeping their own playoff chances alive.

At Santa Clara, California:

Chris Wondolowski scored the only goal of the match in the 69th minute as the San Jose Earthquakes, in a do or die match, knocked off the visiting Colorado Rapids 1-0.
