MLS: Late Goal Enables Philly To Gain Road Draw With DCU; Impact Fall Again, This Time To Revs; Fire Win On Road (Hoops Eliminated)

Three games were played in Major League Soccer on Saturday.

At Montreal:

Jose Goncalves scored the only goal of the match in the 31st minute as the New England Revolution handed the Montreal Impact their third straight home defeat in league play 1-0.

At Washington:

Jack McInerney's equalizer in the 90th minute lifted the Philadelphia Union to a 1-1 road draw with DC United.  Nick DeLeon scored for the hosts in the 36th minute.

At Frisco, Texas:

Juan Anangono (25'), Mike Magee (42'), and Jalil Anibaba (52') provided the scoring as the Chicago Fire withstood two Kenny Cooper goals (63', PK-75') and held off FC Dallas 3-2 on the road, eliminating the Hoops from postseason contention.
