UEFA Champions League, Group D: Horses Hold Off Visiting Plzen; 10-Man Bayern Knock Off Citizens On Road

Wednesday saw two UEFA Champions League contests played in Group D.

At Moscow:

Radim Reznik's own goal in the 78th minute proved costly as CSKA Moscow held off visiting FC Viktoria Plzen 3-2.  Here are the happy Horses celebrating what proved to be the game-winning goal, courtesy of Plzen's previously-acknowledged Radim Reznik.

At Manchester, England:

Franck Ribery (7'), Thomas Muller (56'), and Arjen Robben (60', that's him after scoring) each scored a goal as Bayern Munich, despite losing Jerome Boateng to a red-card ejection in the 86th minute, defeated Manchester City 3-1 on the road.
