Copa Libertadores

Six games were played on Tuesday as the second half of Copa Libertadores group-stage action commenced.

Group One:

At Buenos Aires:

Lucas Pratto (78') and Jorge Correa (80') each scored a goal two minutes apart in the second half as Velez Sarsfield blanked The Strongest 2-0 at home.



Group Two:

At Rio de Janeiro:

Juan Carlos Ferreyra's goal in the third minute held up as Botafogo defeated visiting Independiente del Valle 1-0.



Group Four:

At Bogota, Colombia:

Omar Perez scored twice (25', 87') as Independiente Santa Fe salvaged a 2-2 home draw with Zamora FC.  Juan Manuel Falcon provided both of the Venezuelan clubs goals (45'+2, 72').



Group Five:

At Independiencia, Chile:

Johnny Herrera's successful penalty kick in the 61st minute provided all the scoring in Universidad de Chile's 1-0 home victory over Real Garcilaso.



Group Six:

At Montevideo, Uruguay:

Edwin Cardona scored the only goal of the match in the 63rd minute as Colombia's Atletico Nacional defeated hosts Club Nacional 1-0.



Group Eight:

Andres Renteria (12'), Javier Orozco (55'), and Oribe Peralta (65') delivered the goals as Santos Laguna dominated visiting Deportivo Anzoategui 3-0.
