Can a scheduling change help MLS' abysmal history of CONCACAF Champions League knockout-round performances, particularly against Mexican clubs?
I think the long history of problems for American clubs playing in Mexico in the knockout rounds has had a bad effect on North America's elite club competition being taken seriously in this country, especially in contrast to those in Europe and South America.
